In honor of Produce for Kids Power Your Lunchbox Pledge, we're blogging about how to pack a healthy lunch for kids. And, while we love to deliver a nutritious lunch for your child, we also want to give you tips for how to pack lunch on your own.
Buy a lunchbox with multiple compartments so you can offer your child different options. Kids like to make choices about what they eat and it keeps foods from "touching". There are lots of lunch boxes on Amazon (like Bentgo) or Pottery Barn Kids (see picture below).
Always include a fruit or vegetable cut up in a way that it's easy to eat (see more on this below).
Make lunch healthy, but also fun.
